Nature therapy is also known as Eco therapy, it is a therapeutic practice that involves engaging with nature to improve mental and physical well-being. This holistic approach leverages the healing power of the natural environment to reduce stress, enhance mood, and promote overall wellness. Individuals can find peace, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose by connecting with nature.
The natural world holds the key to emotional, psychological, and physical
health. My goal is to empower you to harness the restorative power of nature, helping you achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
Nature becomes the therapy room, creating a sense of spaciousness for our processes, creating connection and a deeper awareness of self. I work with various strategies, including Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), a Japanese practice that involves mindfully spending time in the forest, and Walking meditation (Mudita); these practices have been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve overall well-being. I also teach and encourage outdoor meditation and mindfulness. These practices help you to focus on the present moment, enhancing your connection with the environment and promoting inner peace.
I am aware not everyone has an interest or desire to explore the concepts of soul or spirit however, another aspect of Nature therapy is Soul Craft, which encourages self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual enrichment using the natural environment. I believe that everyone has a unique soul journey, and my role is to provide the tools and guidance needed to navigate that journey with confidence and clarity.
