My goal is to empower you to achieve mental and emotional well-being through using a range of strategies with you. These tools and strategies help you know yourself, understand the issues you are facing and resolve those issues.
My approach to counselling is compassionate, non-judgmental and direct. I believe in the power of a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights and make positive changes in your life.
I work one-on-one with you to address personal issues face-to-face and/or online using zoom with flexibility and convenience to fit your schedule.
There are as many benefits of counselling as there are reasons people reach out for support; Sometimes life gets stressful at work, with kids, or with partners, and it’s good to have someone independent to talk through solutions by improving communication and connection skills, sometimes you want to manage and reduce symptoms of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. Sometimes it is coming to terms with loss and change. So the focus will be to equip you with effective coping strategies to handle life’s challenges and stressors help you understand yourself better and foster personal growth.
